UV Printer Daily Maintenance

1.Before printing, clean dirt and dust on the print platform and printing material surface. Static electricity will make dust stick to the print head. The dust mixes with leftover ink and hardens, which will block the print head holes.

2.Do not let any color print head stop outputting ink for a long time during printing. If you print only one color for a long time, you can add 6color test strips (without affecting the printing pattern). This stops ink from hardening and blocking the print head.

3.After daily printing, clean leftover ink on the print head surface and around the print head base. Cover the machine with a dust cover.
