DTF printer Daily Maintenance

1.Print a test strip to make sure all ink colors come out completely.

2.Clean leftover ink on the ink station, ink pad and wiper blade.

3.Pour the remaining white ink from the ink bucket back into the ink bottle and seal it tightly. Clean the white ink tube with pure water.

4.For color ink print head: Cover the ink pad with plastic wrap, then add a proper amount of moisturizing liquid.

5.For white ink print head: Use a clean syringe to wash the print head with pure water until the water turns clear. Fill every ink channel with moisturizing liquid, then put the ink cartridge back on the print head. Cover the ink pad with plastic wrap and add proper moisturizing liquid. Move the machine carriage back to its home position, and make sure the ink pad fits and seals the print head tightly.

6.Check all ink connectors to ensure no ink leakage.

7.Keep the machine and its surrounding area clean and tidy.

8.Turn off the machine power and unplug the power cord.
