Ink System & Print Head Maintenance for Long-term Shutdown
1.Machine idle for 5-10 days: Push out all ink inside the print head. Clean the print head thoroughly with special UV cleaning liquid, then fill the print head with cleaning liquid for moisture protection. Cover the machine to block UV light and dust.
2.Machine idle for 10-15 days: Push out all ink from the main ink bottle to the print head. Clean the whole ink system with special UV cleaning liquid, then fill with cleaning liquid for moisture protection. Cover the machine to block UV light and dust.
3.For machines cleaned and idle for 5-15 days: Check the print head moisture and dust condition every 5 days. If the moisturizing liquid dries up or dust gets on the print head, add new moisturizing liquid and clean the dust at once.
